Create a Halloween Card and Silhouette Stamping

I was SO excited to get the Silhouette Stamping kit in and do this post. Silhouette has launched a new line of products, and the Stamping Kit is one I have been looking forward to for a long time! I love making little cards for the children to take to school. I decided to create a Halloween Card for the kiddos to pass out this year, so I am sharing that with you today!

Halloween Card with Silhouette Stamping Kit

From September 4 – 13th you can save on the Silhouette Portrait and Silhouette Cameo, as well as the new Stamping Kit by using promo code PINK.

Silhouette Stamping Kit Blogger Promotion

The first thing to do when you open the Silhouette software is adjust your working page to be the size of your new Silhouette Stamping cutting mat. After you have your cutting mat set, add in the text and picture you would like to cut.

Add your stamping material to your special cutting mat and insert into your Silhouette machine.

Insert Special Stamping Cutting Mat

Set your Silhouette to cut with the stamping material and adjust your blade to 9 as directed. Hit cut, and watch your Silhouette go to work!

Once finished, remove the excess stamping material and arrange on the appropriate sized acrylic block.

Place Cut Design on Acrylic Block

Take your acrylic block with design and use the ink pad to get your material ready to stamp!

Stamping Designs Created from The Silhouette Stamping Kit

Once you have you new stamp, finish up your project by adding other embellishments and you are done!

For this card I used a fun font and the silver ink pen along with my stamp! There are so many possibilities, and when you purchase your new Silhouette Stamping Kit you also receive a card with 10 free stamping designs. I cannot wait to finish creating all of these fun halloween cards for the kids classmates this year.

Silhouette Stamping Kit Idea for Halloween!

What are you going to make with your Silhouette Stamping Kit? To make this Halloween Card I used the cat and Trick or Treat font I found in the Silhouette store. There are literally thousands of fun designs to choose from, and I can’t wait to see what everyone else is Stamping with!

Make sure to use your promo code: PINK to cash in on the savings.
