Not too long ago my husband and I decided we would go on a little diet. Not necessarily to lose weight, but to really start eating a little healthier. With that, we have added a lot of fish into our diet. This isn’t completely healthy because it is breaded and pan fried, but it is still a healthy dish that you are going to want to sink your teeth into the next time you visit the meat market area of your grocery store.
