Easy Flavorful Steak Marinade in under an hour

Easy Flavorful Steak Marinade in under an hour

One of our favorite things to do in the Spring and Summer is to light up the Big Green Egg grill and hang out on the back patio. After building the new Fancy X Farmhouse Table andbenches, we have a TON of seating room, and it  just makes grilling out with family and friends even more delightful.

Grilling out means you need to have some good grilling recipes, and this easy and flavorful steak marinade is one of our favorites! It’s a quick marinade that you can do an hour before you grill, and still get a ton of flavor. Don’t get me wrong, we have marinades that you have to do as far in advance as the day before! But when you decide on a whim to grill out, you need a quick-go-to-delicious marinade.

You only need two ingredients to use in this marinade, and you will LOVE them:

  • Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Steak Magic
  • Worcestershire Sauce

You can find the Blackened Steak Magic at almost any grocery store chain, and your specialty stores will also have it. If not, you can order it through the link above…and I would recommend it!Step 1:  Take your fresh cuts of meat and cover them well with Worcestershire Sauce on both sides.Step 2: Take your Blackened Steak Magic and season well! When I say season well, I mean it! We pour a generous amount onto the steaks and then rub all over on both sides.

When you are done seasoning, let it sit while you heat up your grill, and then cook to the wellness of your liking. It’s a really quick and easy way to marinade when you last minute decide to grill.Speaking of patio time, I am in desperate need to make some additional changes, ei: as in I need to add some plant life to the patio! However, my thumb isn’t green, it’s more of a “grayish color”….most of my plants are somewhat green, but could look better! Want to find some great gardening tips? Check out this post on Recreate and Decorate to help you out! She has some wonderful ideas. While you are there, check out some of her other decorating ideas.
