Are you new to essential oils and looking for different ways you can use your new essential oils?
Or are you looking into essential oils and you aren’t sure where to begin?
I started using essential oils throughout my house over the last year. I have found they fit right into my life in more ways then I ever expected. From cleaning up my countertops and microwave, to removing that “cooked bacon” smell in the morning by diffusing something special in the air. Essential oils are versatile and can by used in many different ways.
With that being said, you should always read up and study the essential oils you are looking into. First decide why you want to use essential oils. Is it for aromatic purposes, or are you looking into them for something else? Do your due diligence in choosing what essential oils you want and why you want them. Once you have a clear cut idea of why you want to try essential oils, research the companies out there and find the one that works best for you.
Just like all cars are not made the same, neither are all essential oils. While they may all say “therapeutic grade”, make sure you do your research before jumping in and really understand if they are – or they are not. I would not recommend a newer company personally because they just won’t have enough information about them. Look into a company that has been around a long time and has a good history with not only their processes, but with their customers as well. There are several companies out there that you can choose from. Choose the one you think will work best for you and your family.
My family and I use and diffuse our essential oils everyday. If you want to read more information on which company I chose and why, (and about the newest kit and what it includes) you can find more on my Young Living Starter Kit page.
