A couple of weeks ago a few of my blogging friends and I got together to share some of our creative Halloween ideas. While I showed off a couple of things, today I am going to share with you the last two make your own trick or treat pails.

Make Your Own Trick or Treat Pails

While I have already gone over the actual tutorial, I wanted to make sure to come back and share the last two I made for the boys. You can see the girls’ pails, and also find the actual tutorial on how to make these trick or treat buckets here.

Make sure you gather all of the supplies, and again here is the bucket I used for our kiddos.

Making our own trick or treat buckets has been a really fun experience this year. Everyone was able to tell me exactly what they wanted and have been really pleased!

We even have everyone’s Halloween costumes! That’s really good for us.

For the boys trick or treat pails Hudson decided he wanted a skull and crossbones, but he wanted a mustache and a gun also. So I made sure to incorporate all of that in there.

Drew was a little easier, as he decided he just wanted an orange pail with a white ghost and his name on the bottom.

I really like that little ghost.

While the kiddos are all happy with their new trick or treat pails, now all we have to do is wait to use them!

Here is a nice little group picture showing what everyone’s pail will look like this year.

These are super easy if you have your own vinyl cutting machine, but can also be done by cutting out vinyl with a stencil you make. I hope you enjoyed these, and now have a few ideas in mind to make your own trick or treat pails.

If you haven’t already, start following me on Pinterest and see a few other things I have made recently!!

I usually make Lucy’s trick or treat bag, but I’m better at sewing something than trying to paint. These are SO CUTE! I just might have to try this method this year! –Lisa

This is a cool project, you could easily do this. All you need to do is spray paint the pails the color of your choice, and then the vinyl takes care of the rest!

I bet they’re so excited to use the, huh?? I have never made these but my mom makes them every year. And she loves to make mailboxes for Valentine’s Day too! Out of nearly the same supplies.

Those are ADORABLE! I really wish I had kids so I had a good excuse to make these and go trick or treating. I know I could still make one, but I think the neighbors might look at me a little strangely if I showed up at their door on October 31st!

Haha! You know what you could do….you can get a BIG bucket and then make one to use to hand our candy to all of the kiddos. 🙂

I want one too! I think it would be worth it to see the neighbors’ reaction. Part of the fun. That’s if they don’t slam the door in my face. 🙂

LOVE these! I especially love the witch’s legs – so cute! I would do a bucket for my fall decorations on our front porch perhaps with our last name on it. Pinning for sure!

Rae, you will love making these with your Cricut! I don’t know much about the Cricut, but this is a very easy task for the Silhouette, so I bet you will have fun making these!
