Chicken with Avocado Peach Salsa
Grilled chicken gets a flavor boost with a topping of fresh peach salsa with avocado and basil.

5 ripe peaches peeled and diced 1 small avocado diced 1/4 cup red onions diced 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped 1 tablespoon honey Juice from 1/2 lime Pinch of salt
Dice the peaches, avocado and onion, and add to a small mixing bowl.
Chop the basil, and add to the bowl, along with the salt.
Drizzle the honey and lime juice over the salsa, and gently mix.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
