Delicious Banana Bread Recipe that's made with 2 cups of crushed bananas for an amazing flavor you won't soon forget!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven up to 350. In a large bowl, combine flour and baking soda. In medium dish melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar until a creamy texture. Stir in eggs, salt, and bananas. Cream these together well.
  • Add this mixture slowly to the large bowl with flour, making sure to get everything mixed well.
  • Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Pour in your banana bread mixture and place in the heated oven for 1 hour.
  • Check with a toothpick after an hour, baking longer if needed. Pull when done, and allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Allow the bread to cool before slicing. 
Warm it up and serve it with butter for breakfast or even a little vanilla ice cream with cinnamon sprinkled on top for dessert.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 day.
