Creamy Shrimp Alfredo

This creamy shrimp alfredo will be one of your new favorites! It's comfort food at it's best.

Ingredients

  • 1 package fettucini
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 6 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Italian Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 2 tbsp marjoram
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp thyme

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add fettucini noodles and cook until al-denté.
  • In a medium pan warm the half and half, butter, and add parmesan one Tbsp at a time. 
  • Place basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, and thyme in a small dish and mix well. Season the shrimp. 
  • Heat the olive oil and lightly sauté the shrimp. Add extra seasoning if desired. 
  • Drain noodles and place on a plate. Cover with alfredo sauce and top with shrimp

Notes

  1. When heating the sauce in step two, don't bring the mixture to a boil.
