Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Gather remaining ingredients.
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until the dough is without lumps and is smooth in texture.
Use a cookie scoop (or 2 tbsp) for dough and place them two inches apart on the lines cookie sheet.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven. Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for a moment before transferring them to a wire cooling rack to finish cooling before serving.

Brownie Mix Cookies should yield about 2 dozen cookies.
