Air Fryer Steak Kabobs

Air Fryer Steak Kabobs are a quick and easy dish that can be used as an appetizer or even a main dish. Choose your favorite cut of steak, red onion, favorite vegetables, and light seasonings to make this delicious recipe in just 10 minutes. It's an easy Air Fryer recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz steak
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the Air Fryer basket with a non stick spray such as olive oil or avocado oil.
  • Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces and soak them in the soy sauce while cutting up the vegetables.
  • Cut the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  • Grab a skewer and rotate adding the steak, onion, and peppers, and then repeat until you've reached the end of the skewer.
  • Place the steak skewers in a single layer in the prepared Air Fryer basket. Cook on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flipping the skewers after 5 minutes.
  • Serve alone, with dipping sauce, or with your favorite sides.

Notes

  1. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes, or until heated fully through.
  2. The best meat choice is the cuts of steak you prefer the most! I personally prefer top sirloin, ribeye, and New York strip steaks for the best beef kebabs. You can also a cheaper cut of meat such as stew meat.
  3. Choice easy seasonings such as soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and teriyaki sauce. You can also choose to use garlic powder, steak seasoning,
  4. Would you rather chicken? You can use chicken rather than steak. Cube the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and add them to the skewer in place of the steak, or even in addition to the steak
