  • 2 cups Pineapple Chunks frozen
  • 1 cup Vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Add the frozen pineapple chunks, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend the ingredients for 1 minute until well combined. It will be super thick!
  • Scoop the whip into a piping bag or pastry bag to give it that iconic dole whip swirl when serving.
  • Add a little pineapple juice to the cup to make it a dole whip float.

Notes

Want to make it dairy free? Substitute the vanilla ice cream for canned coconut milk.
Want that Theme Park swirl? Place the Dole Whip into a pastry bag and swirl it into your cone or cup.
Make a Dole Whip Float by swirling the whip into a cup over pineapple juice.
