Air Fryer Strawberry French Toast Roll Ups are the fastest way to get my kids moving in the morning! Made with bread, eggs, cinnamon, sugar, strawberry preserves, and more!
Put the cinnamon and sugar into a bowl. Set aside.
Cut the crust off of each slice of bread. Take a glass or a rolling pin and roll the bread flat.
Spoon about a teaspoon of the strawberry preserves into the edge of the bread slices.
Roll the bread into roll ups.
Mix the eggs in a small bowl, and pour them onto a flat rimmed plate.
Mix the eggs well, and place them onto a flat plate.
Dip the rolled piece of bread into the egg mixture and then dip into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Prepare the Air Fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
Place the french toast sticks into a single layer in the air fryer basket about 2 inches apart. Add them to the pan seam side down.
Air fry at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes, until they are golden brown, turning them halfway through.
Carefully remove the Strawberry French Toast Roll-ups from the air fryer, drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and top with fresh fruit for decoration before serving.
Notes
Can you make this French toast recipe with other flavors?
Yes! We have made these with several, and my favorite fillings are Nutella, Strawberry, and Peanut butter and jelly.
How do you store leftover roll-ups?
While these are best eaten fresh, you can easily store the roll-ups for later by putting them in an airtight container and keeping them in the fridge. Keeping the air out is the key to keeping them fresh!
