Air Fryer Salmon Patties

Air Fryer Salmon Patties are made with salmon, mayo, breadcrumbs, bell pepper, seasonings, and more. It's a delicious and easy air fryer recipe that's made in just minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 14.75 oz salmon 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 bell pepper red
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh

Instructions
 

  • Heat the air fryer to 390 degrees F. Prepare the basket of the air fryer with a nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Measure out the salmon mixture to create the patties with 1/2 cup measuring cup. 
  • Form the patties to be no larger than 1" thickness. 
  • Add the salmon patties in a single layer to the prepared air fryer basket. Spray the tops of the patties with olive oil. Cook for 8 minutes. 
  • Flip the patties over, spray the top of the patties, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 
  • Serve with tartar sauce and your favorite sides.

Notes

When using canned salmon, make sure to remove any remaining bones before making the salmon mixture for the patties. 
Looking to make this dish Keto friendly? Consider substituting the breadcrumbs with pork rinds or almond flour.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. If you only cover with plastic wrap, the scent of the salmon will be in your entire fridge.
Reheat the patties in the air fryer on 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes or until heated through to keep the perfect crispy coating.
Need to make this ahead of time? Prepare the patties up to 48 hours in advance, and store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
