Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potatoes have a deliciously crispy skin and perfect fluffy potato on the inside, and you only need three ingredients!

3 whole sweet potatoes 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp kosher salt
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the air fryer basket.
Wash and clean the sweet potatoes. Use a fork to poke holes all over the skin.
Take the olive oil and rub it all over the sweet potatoes. Add the kosher salt and rub over the sweet potatoes.
Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving room for the air to flow between the potatoes.
Cook the sweet potatoes at 390 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are fully cooked.
Carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
