Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potatoes have a deliciously crispy skin and perfect fluffy potato on the inside, and you only need three ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 whole sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the air fryer basket.
  • Wash and clean the sweet potatoes. Use a fork to poke holes all over the skin.
  • Take the olive oil and rub it all over the sweet potatoes. Add the kosher salt and rub over the sweet potatoes.
  • Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving room for the air to flow between the potatoes.
  • Cook the sweet potatoes at 390 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are fully cooked.
  • Carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
