Get your Quesadilla fix in less than 10 minutes with Air Fryer Quesadillas made with chicken, cheese, and refried beans. These are a family favorite at my house. Delicious, easy, and cheesy. You'll have that perfect crispy tortilla with this simple recipe everyone loves.
Prepare the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil if needed.
Place tortilla on a flat surface and top tortilla with refried beans on one half.
Add a sprinkle of cheese to the top of the refried beans. Add the shredded chicken on top of the cheese, and then top with additional cheese if desired.
Fold the tortilla in half. Repeat as necessary for additional quesadillas.
Place the folded tortillas into the prepared air fryer basket.
Air Fry the quesadillas at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes. Check the tortillas after a couple of minutes and use a spatula to push the top of the quesadilla down if they've started lifting away from the toppings. Flip the tortillas halfway through.
Remove the quesadillas from the air fryer and serve with your favorite sides.
