Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 bananas ripe, mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Combine the flour and baking powder in a large bowl and set aside. 
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. 
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract into the butter and sugar mixture. Mix well.
  • Pour the butter and sugar mixture into the dry ingredients and use a spatula to mix well. 
  • Gently fold in the mashed banana to the batter until just combined.
  • Using a large scoop to fill the silicone cups about ¾ of the way. If using a small muffin tin, fill paper liners ¾ of the way.
  • Gently place into the basket. Air fry at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the banana muffins from the air fryer basket and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
