Instant Pot shrimp are so quick and easy! The blend of flavors make for the tastiest shrimp to use in any meal.

Equipment

  • 1 Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Frozen Raw Shrimp peeled, deveined, tail-off
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Cup Cold Water

Instructions
 

  • Pour water into your Instant Pot, add the frozen shrimp and all of the remaining ingredients into your Instant Pot. Close the lid and turn valve to sealing position.
  • Pressure cook and set time on high for 1-2 minutes by pressing the manual or pressure cook button setting on your Instant Pot.
  • When the Instant Pot is done, do a quick release, to release the steam.
  • Drain off any hot water from the cooked shrimp and serve.

Notes

Notes:
Adding a little squeeze of lemon juice, lemon zest, hot sauce, a pinch of fresh parsley, or a dash of red pepper flakes, can also add a variety of delicious flavors to this shrimp dish.
