Equipment

  • 1 Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

Summer Fruits and Berries

  • 1 pint Raspberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 1 orange peeled, in slices
  • 4 kiwi peeled, in slices
  • 1 medium apple sliced
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Instructions

  • To make your board, it's easier if you begin with the larger fruit and small bowls first being placed on the board.
  • If you are making a board with a theme of colors, numbers, or a name, place those elements in first.
  • Lay out slices and smaller pieces, filling in your board as you continue adding. I like to keep types of fruits together, but not all in one cluster, but you can really make your board any way you like it!
  • Feel free to move things around, stack, or fan out things like cookies, bunches of grapes, or strawberry slices.

Notes

TIPS:
Use seedless watermelon and seedless grapes.
For more pops of color and a garden looking board, add fresh herbs and edible flowers to the board.
