Easy Grilled Breakfast Burrito Recipe

This Easy Grilled Breakfast Burrito Recipe is a hit at all of our camping trips. They are so easy to make, and packed full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ball Park® Hot Dogs
  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 diced Green Chilis
  • 1 cup Potato Tots
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • *serve with salsa for dipping

Instructions

  • Place a grill over your campfire.
  • Slice hotdogs lengthwise and grill until desired.
  • Lightly grill tortillas while hotdogs are roasting.
  • Scramble eggs while cooking hotdogs.
  • Cook Potato tots.
  • Place grilled hotdogs in tortilla shell.
  • Top with eggs, cheese, potato tots, and green onions. Fold and serve with your favorite salsa for dipping.
