Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package sweet peppers
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup bacon crumbles
  • non stick olive oil based cooking spray

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 375.
  • Place chicken in an oven safe baking dish.
  • Spray chicken with non stick olive oil based cooking spray.
  • Cover chicken with cream cheese.
  • Top chicken with sweet pepper and bell pepper slices.
  • Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles and bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot!
