4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 package sweet peppers 1 8oz package cream cheese 1 medium bell pepper 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup bacon crumbles non stick olive oil based cooking spray
Heat the oven to 375.
Place chicken in an oven safe baking dish.
Spray chicken with non stick olive oil based cooking spray.
Cover chicken with cream cheese.
Top chicken with sweet pepper and bell pepper slices.
Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
Top with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles and bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve hot!
