Not Your Normal Seven Layer Dip Recipe

A deliciously different version of seven layer dip.

  • refried beans I like to use the fat free version
  • sour cream
  • guacamole here's a GREAT recipe
  • 1 4oz green chilis
  • 1 10oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado diced
  • shredded mexican blend cheese
  • fresh cilantro flakes
  • pepper
  • 1 medium lime to juice


  • Layer your bowl with refried beans.
  • Add a layer of guacamole.
  • Add a layer of sour cream.
  • Add a layer of diced tomatoes and green chilis. (If you can buy Rotel, grab a can and use that instead.)
  • Add a layer of shredded cheese.
  • Sprinkle cilantro and pepper on top.
  • Add the sliced and diced avocado bites and then drizzle with the juice of a lime.
