  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 packages Pillsbury® Grands biscuit dough One butter flavored, one regular
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas - chopped
  • 1 large ziplock bag

  • To get started, preheat your oven to 400 and prepare the pan you are going to use. I love the way Monkey Bread looks after coming out of a bundt pan, so I am using that.
  • Add the white sugar, cinnamon, biscuit dough cut into small pieces, and bananas to the large ziplock bag. Shake well until everything is nicely coated and mixed and then place the mixture into your prepared pan.
  • Over medium heat, melt the butter and add the brown sugar and vanilla and mix well. Pour this mixture over the dough in the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
