Easy Lemon Bundt Cake Recipe
An easy lemon bundt cake recipe that will have everyone coming back for seconds!
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 10" bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl or mixer combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, lemon lime soft drink, and eggs (one at a time). Stir until mixed well.
Pour mixture into the bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool.
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and milk, stirring well until full mixed and a glaze is formed.
Lightly drizzle the glaze over the cake, rotating inside and out. Top the cake with coconut shavings, and then drizzle over the icing.
