In a medium bowl mix together almond meal, egg, ground chicken, avocado, cilantro, onion, and salt and pepper. Using your hands, create medium-thick burger patties.
Place olive oil into heated skillet and swirl. Then place chicken avocado burgers into skillet. Heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked thoroughly.
If patties are really thick, place in the oven on 350 and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cooked completely.
Serve on romaine lettuce and topped with some avocado salsa.
