Ingredients
  

  • 4 bananas ripe
  • 1 cup honey local if available
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 5 oz greek yogurt plain
  • 1 1/3 cup quinoa flour
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder raw organic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl mash the ripe bananas. Add the honey, vanilla, coconut oil, yogurt, flour, cacao powder, salt, baking soda, and egg.
  • Mix until all ingredients are mixed well, but try not to “over mix” as that can affect the outcome of your bread.
  • Pour the mixture into a bread pan.
  • Place the skinny chocolate banana bread in the oven and bake on 350 for 60-70 minutes
  • Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before removing from the baking dish
