Easter Sugar Cookie Bars

These Easter-themed Sugar Cookie Bars are one of my favorite, easy, sugary desserts!

1 egg 1 egg white 1 cup sugar 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup butter melted 1 1/2 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 11oz chocolate chips White, Ghiradelli 1 bag M&Ms Sprinkles
Heat the oven to 375. Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Add butter and sugar to a mixer and stir until creamy.
Add egg, egg white, sour cream, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix well.
Add in chocolate chips. Stir well.
Add in flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
Add mixture to a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with M&Ms and sprinkles and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack for 1 hour. Cut into bars and serve.
