Yum Yum sauce is a delicious and easy pink sauce typically found in a Japanese Steakhouse. Made with just a handful of ingredients, this dipping sauce comes together in just minutes! Serve with your favorite fried rice and stir-fried meals!
Add all ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl. Using a wire whisk, blend mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, Mirin, Rice vinegar, and water. Store in te refrigerator for a day or two to let seasonings blend. You can also serve this Yum Yum saice recipe immediately.
Notes
If you're unable to find Mirin, you can make your own. Take ¼ cup granulated sugar, 3 tbsp water, and ¾ cup sake. Boil water and sugar together, remove from heat, and then add in the Sake. You can store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
