You're going to love the taste of these Instant Pot Black Bean Nachos!
Chop veggies and place all ingredients into the bowl with black beans.
Stir well squeezing the lime over the salsa.
Place in the fridge and allow to sit for a 1/2 hour.
Arrange chips on the baking sheet placing 3/4 of the cheese over chips.
Place under broiler until chips are golden and cheese is bubbly.
Place salsa over chips and garnish with remaking cheese.
Squeeze lime over nachos prior to serving.
