Easy Cheeseburger Casserole

Treat your tastebuds with this easy hamburger casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 lb cooked ground beef
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Stir together soup, rice, water, onion, bell pepper, seasonings, and beef. 
  • Place in 9 x 13 prepared baking dish. 
  • Bake for 75 minutes. 
  • Top with cheese and crumbled bacon and bake an additional 10 minutes. 
  • Scoop and serve.

Notes

  1. Save leftovers in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
