1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 2 cups water 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper 1 lb cooked ground beef 1 small chopped onion 1 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp celery salt 1 tsp garlic powder 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350.
Stir together soup, rice, water, onion, bell pepper, seasonings, and beef.
Place in 9 x 13 prepared baking dish.
Bake for 75 minutes.
Top with cheese and crumbled bacon and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Scoop and serve.
Save leftovers in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
