This delicious Cajun Seafood Boil is made with large shrimp, crab legs, red potatoes, fresh corn, Cajun seasoning, crisp vegetables, and andouille sausage.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 4 sets crab legs
  • 2 packages andouille sausage
  • 6 ears corn
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 onion
  • 10 red potatoes
  • 3 garlic heads
  • 2 lemons qauretered
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup crab boil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add the crab boil to the water.
  • Add the corn and potatoes and allow to boil for 20 minutes.
  • Lastly, add the seafood and Cajun links to the boil. Bring the water back to a boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • After 3 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the pot with a lid, and allow the food to soak in the boil for another 3 minutes.
  • Use a slotted spoon to scoop out the vegetables, seafood, and Cajun links into a serving tray. Enjoy!
