These Lunch Lady Brownies are such a simple brownie recipe to whip up!

1 cup unsalted butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups granulated sugar 3 tsp vanilla extract 4 large eggs For the Frosting: 1/4 cup butter unsalted 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup milk 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cocoa powder 3 cups powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream the butter, cinnamon, and sugar together. Add in the cocoa powder and mix well.
Add flour, salt, and eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix well, but don't over mix.
Spread the brownie mixture into the 9 x 13 dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For the frosting, blend all of the ingredients together until combined and smooth.
Pour quickly over the warm brownies and spread evenly.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
Store leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
