Chicken Gnocchi Soup

  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken cooked, shredded
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 8 cups bone broth
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 12 oz Gnocchi gluten free, mini


  • Add bone broth into a large sauce pan over medium high heat.
  • Add chicken and gnocchi and stir.
  • Add spinach and stir until combined.
  • Add a little salt and pepper to taste, and then add the pesto. Stir until combined.
  • Serve warm.
