Notes
For this recipe, I used the XL 21-25 jumbo shrimp. They're frozen shrimp, so I thaw them out before cooking. Depending on when I am eating, I will thaw the shrimp in the fridge the night before I am making my recipe. Or you can pull them straight from the freezer and run the frozen shrimp under cold water in a strainer to allow them to thaw. It only takes a few minutes.*All air fryers cook at a different rate with different wattages. This recipe was originally made with a Cosori 5.8 basket-style air fryer and did not need to be preheated before cooking. If using a different air fryer, consider doing a test run ahead of time. You may need to add or take away a minute of cooking time for your specific air fryer.
