These Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites are made with ease! It's the perfect weekend or after-school snack that everyone will love. An easy air fryer recipe you won't mind making again and again.
Combine the flour, salt, cinnamon, and sugar to a large bowl and set aside.
Add the yeast to the hot water and let it dissolve.
Add the water with yeast to the flour mixture and knead with your hands until fully combined.
Cover the bowl of dough with a dry cloth and allow to sit covered for 30-45 minutes.
Punch down the dough and then set it aside.
Dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough lightly.
Break the dough into 8 equal pieces. Form a 1" thick rope with each piece. Cut the rope into 1-1 ½" pieces.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the air fryer basket with a nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
Place the pretzels in the prepared air fryer basket in a single layer, careful to leave a little room in between each one. Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-7 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Remove the pretzel bites from the air fryer and brush the tops with melted butter.
Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar together and dip the pretzels in the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.
Serve the glaze as a dipping sauce.
