Carefully remove the sweet potato fries from the air fryer basket and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Although sweet potato fries are best served fresh out of the air fryer, you can refrigerate any leftovers you may have for up to 3 days in an airtight container. The best way to reheat leftover sweet potato fries is to put them back in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated all the way through.Make sure not to overfill your air fryer basket. Overfilling the air fryer basket will not allow air to circulate properly and will result in unevenly cooked fries. Do not defrost sweet potato fries before cooking. This will ensure that all fries start cooking at the same temperature.
