Crock Pot Chicken Spaghetti

Creamy Crock Pot chicken spaghetti is made with shredded chicken, pasta, cheese, and more. It’s the perfect weeknight recipe that the whole family will devour.

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chicken shredded, cooked
  • 1 10oz Rotel
  • 1 15oz Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Spaghetti noodles cooked
  • 4 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Crock Pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, Rotel, chicken broth, butter, and cooked noodles to Crock Pot.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours. Mix well and serve.

Cooking With Fresh Raw Chicken

  • Prepare Crock Pot with non stick cooking spray.
  • Line bottom of Crock Pot with 2-3 Chicken breasts. Add chicken broth. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
  • Shred chicken.
  • Add cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and cooked noodles to the Crock Pot. Cook on low for two hours.
  • Serve.

Notes

  1. Cook with either fresh chicken or already cooked shredded chicken. 
  2. For even more flavor, consider using already cooked Rotisserie chicken. 
  3. Perfect to save for leftovers. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight sealed container.
