Add 2 tbsp butter to melt. Add chicken thighs and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove chicken thighs from skillet. Set aside.
Add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to skillet. Brown the garlic, about 2-3 minutes.
Add blackened seasoning and stir for one minute.
Add in chicken broth and bring to a boil, reduce the heat.
Add chicken thighs back to the skillet and allow to finish fully cooking, about 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with al dente spaghetti or fettuccine noodles and drizzle with the butter garlic sauce from the skillet. Then top with shredded parmesan and fresh parsley.
