A delicious and easy dinner that can be prepped in 15 minutes and gets all bubbly and cheesy in the oven!

  • 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • Mostaccioli noodles


  • Cook noodles and put in casserole dish.
  • Brown sausage and add garlic, onion, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, and salt to taste.
  • Mix cheeses and sour cream and add to your casserole dish! Mix it all up and sprinkle more cheese on the top.
  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
