No Bake Cookies

A delicious peanut butter, chocolate, and oats - No Bake Cookies recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups oats natural
  • 1 cup creamy smooth peanut butter
  • 2 cups sugar white granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup 2% white milk
  • 1 stick unsalted butter very important to use a STICK of butter
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan on medium high heat add the butter, cocoa, milk, sugar, and then stir. Turn the heat up slightly to bring everything to a boil, and then allow to boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and add in the peanut butter, oats, vanilla, and salt. Stir until everything is mixed well.
  • Line a few cookie sheets spoon them onto the sheets to cool. Use a tablespoon to get the perfect sized cookie. After you have them all on sheets, allow them to cool for about 30 minutes, or until hardened.
