This Copycat Chick FIl A Chicken Salad is one of my favorite light chicken salad recipes, and it tastes like the original chicken salad!

2 cups chicken breast cooked and chopped 1/4 cup celery chopped 1/3 cup pickle relish 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 eggs boiled and chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper lettuce leaves wheat bread
Combine the chicken, relish, celery, mayonnaise, eggs, and salt and pepper until mixed well.
Add lettuce leaves to sliced bread
Top the bread with chicken salad and serve.
Store leftover chicken salad in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
