Place the 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour the 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth, 1.5 cups soy sauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar over the chicken and stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
Let it cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the broth and use 2 forks to pull it apart. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the broth.
Break the dry ramen into large pieces and add it to the slow cooker. Press down into the liquid to make sure all the noodles are covered by the hot liquid.
Let cook for an additional 20-30 minutes on low heat. After that stir gently and serve hot. Enjoy!
