Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound raw ground turkey
  • 1 Teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic granules optional
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Gather and measure all ingredients as needed. If your air fryer has a preheat function, preheat it to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey and all the spices. Mix well by hand for the best results.
  • Divide the dough in half and press the meat into the shape of a burger patty.
  • Place the turkey patties in the air fryer and cook at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. The patties should reach a minimum of 165 degrees F to be safely and properly cooked. Some appliances can take up to 25 minutes to cook these completely. So, using a meat thermometer is important the first time you make these.
  • If you want to make these cheeseburgers, add cheese to the burger patties at the last 1 minute of air frying.
  • Transfer the burger patty to a burger bun, add your favorite toppings and serve.
