  • Small mixing bowls
  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated classic pizza dough 13.8 oz tube
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk plus more if necessary
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Unroll refrigerated pizza dough and stretch evenly over the prepared pizza pan.
  • Using a pastry brush, brush melted butter generously over pizza dough, making sure all edges are covered with butter.
  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over pizza dough.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust edges are puffed and golden brown and sugar has melted and bubbled.
  • While pizza is baking, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in a small bowl until thick and smooth. If the mixture is too thick to drizzle, add a tiny drop of milk.
