Healthy Banana Pancakes

Delicious and Healthy Banana Pancakes with Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cup Apple Sauce
  • 2 lg Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Blend oats in a food processor until ground.
  • Add all the other ingredients and blend well.
  • In a hot skillet, add a little bit of butter and scoop about ¼ cup of mixture into the pan. Depending on the size of the pan, make 2-4 pancakes at a time.
  • Cook for about 1 minute and flip over, continue to cook for an additional 1 minute. Remove from pan.
  • Add syrup, fruit, or any topping of your choice and Enjoy!
