Ingredients
  

  • ¾ Cup salted butter melted
  • 1 ⅔ Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Cups milk chocolate chips divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl with an electric mixer or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter and brown sugar for about 30 seconds on medium speed. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat on high until lightened and well combined, about a minute.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix on medium-low until combined. Add 1 ½ cups of the chocolate chips and mix just until combined.
  • Spread dough into the 9x13 baking dish and top with the remaining chocolate chips. Place in the oven and bake for 22-25 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
