1 18oz box Red Velvet Cake Mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix the ingredients well. If a little dry, you can add in a little water to help mix better.
Heat oven to 375.
Take a 1" cookie scoop and then scoop cake mix dough on a prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Move from cookie sheet after 1 minute and place on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes before serving.
If the cake mix cookie dough is sticky, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.
Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
