Green Chili Cheddar Dip (Guest Post)
Green Chili Cheddar Dip is a great recipe for football game day snacks!
In a medium bowl microwave the cream cheese for 30-60 seconds or until it is softened.
Mix in the green chilis, cheddar, and garlic. Mix well.
Microwave the dip for 45 seconds, stir and then an additional 45 seconds or until it is heated through.
Alternately, you can spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 min or until heated through.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy the game (or the food!)
