Copycat Chick Fil A Chicken Salad

This Copycat Chick FIl A Chicken Salad is one of my favorite light chicken salad recipes, and it tastes like the original chicken salad!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 1/3 cup pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • lettuce leaves
  • wheat bread

Instructions

  • Combine the chicken, relish, celery, mayonnaise, eggs, and salt and pepper until mixed well. 
  • Add lettuce leaves to sliced bread
  • Top the bread with chicken salad and serve.

Notes

  1. Store leftover chicken salad in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
