Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas are made with chicken breasts, bell peppers, onions, seasoning, and more. You'll love this quick and easy Air Fryer recipe, perfect for busy weeknights!
Preheat the Air Fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
Slice the chicken breasts into strips, set aside. Slice the onion and bell peppers and place them into a medium sized mixing bowl with the chicken strips.
Add the taco seasoning to the chicken, onion, and peppers and toss until everything is evenly covered.
Add the chicken and vegetables to the Air Fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes. Toss the chicken and vegetables every few minutes to ensure they are evnly cooked.
Remove the fajita meat and vegetables from the Air Fryer and serve on flour tortillas with your favorite toppings. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top of the fajitas just before serving.

If you don't have chicken breasts you can also use different cuts of chicken for this recipe. Consider using Rotisserie chicken, chicken strips, or boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Make your own homemade taco seasoning for this recipe, use a homemade fajita seasoning mix, or use a premade fajita seasoning packet with this recipe. If you like things spicy, you can also add a little cayenne pepper.
There are tons of toppings you can use for fajitas. Some of my favorite fajita toppings include fresh cilantro, sour cream, avocado, and shredded cheese. You can also use sliced jalapenos or any of your favorite topping ideas to make it your own.
You can use your favorite peppers in the recipe. I love to use green, orange, red, and yellow peppers. Add or take away peppers if you don't like them.
